How to Enter

Using this service is very simple, quick and easy. Follow these instructions and your feis entry should proceed without any hitches.

New Users

If this is the first time you have used this site, then click on the 'Account Request' button and complete the form.

Click on Submit and we will process your request and get back to you with access details.

Registered Users

Log in using your eamil address and password. The primary user of a school's account can add more users if required. The first time you transition from the old (red) website, you will be asked to enter a new password.


Once logged in you will go through some pages asking your to confirm your school details, add, eit or remove co-teachers, add to or edit your list of dancers and then create or edit your families.

Children of TCRGs

Some events allow discounts for dancers who are children of registered teachers. In order to take advantage of these discounts, you will need to indicate which of your dancers are the children of TCRGs.
To do this, in the dancer list before entry, click on the Edit link next to the relevant child and then check the box marked TCRG Discount. Click Update. The child will now have an asterisk next to their name. Discounts, where allowed, will be applied when the fees due are calculated.

Entry Process

Should you need to add further dancers during the entry process, click on Main Menu in the menu bar above. It is imperitive that you enter dates of birth correctly as only competitions corresponding to the date of birth will be offered for selection.

Also please make sure the dancing/teaching location is correct as this will impact on World Championship qualifier status.

There are separate pages for solo and team entries. Entries can be made in any order but we recommend that you enter all solo dancers first.

Please fill in the forms carefully ensuring that all the entered details are correct. Should you make a mistake, there are links on the pages that allow you to Amend or Delete individual entries.

Teams will automatically be given an A, B or C etc. If you later delete Team A in a competition, the remaining teams will be automatically be renamed.

How to pay

Payment instructions are shown at the checkout stage and you will be able to select from one or more methods of paymnt depending on the event organiser's instructions. Please take note of any further tasks to complete by reading the confirmation email.

Entry is not complete until payment is received. All entry forms and payments must be received by not later than Closing Date.
